Many barbershops, gyms, clinics and creators want to sell supplements under their own name. The fastest way is private label: the product is already formulated and you put your brand on it. At Novael Health this line is in development; this guide explains how it works so you are ready.
What private label is
A finished product sold under the brand of whoever sells it. You do not have to develop a formula or build a plant: you pick the product, define your brand and focus on selling.
Which products are being prepared
The Novael Health supplement line is in development and does not have a launch date yet. It includes products such as creatine, collagen, electrolytes, B complex, immune support and Akkermansia. If you want us to let you know when they are ready, write to us through the form.
What to prepare before launching your brand
- Your name and logo, and a check that no other company has the name registered in your category.
- Who you will sell to: your gym, barbershop or clinic clients, or online.
- How you will sell: at the counter, in an online store or through sales reps.
- Your Florida business and sales tax registration.
Label rules to respect
- A supplement cannot claim to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
- Structure/function claims must carry the FDA disclaimer: "These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration…".
- The label carries the Supplement Facts panel, the ingredients and the distributor's details.
Novael Health minoxidil is different: as a drug, it is sold only under the Novael Health brand.
